We kindly request a monetary donation to buy boxes, nappies and milk formulas or a donation in goods to assist us in this project.
As the schools close early in December 2007 the charities have requested us to deliver the shoe boxes before December 2007. It would be appreciated if you could do the donations by 2nd November 2007 to enable us to include these in the shoe boxes.
A section 18A certificate will be supplied to you for Income Tax purposes.
